Read on to learn more about the penultimate episode of the season.

The episode began with DEA Agent Paige Arkin (Serinda Swan) and FBI Agent Mike Warren (Aaron Tveit) racing against time to get to the funeral parlor of the Sarkissians in time, while trying to call for backup.

Meanwhile, FBI Agent Johnny Tuturro (Manny Montana) had no choice but to join in on the firefight. It was after discovering that the crate that the Soto Street Gang brought along with them only contained guns.

Johnny then had no choice but to blow his cover by shooting his fellow gang members in the leg so that they wouldn’t kill FBI Agent Paul Briggs (Daniel Sunjata) who had jumped out to save one of Ari Adamian’s (Rhys Coiro) men before he was shot to death. Thankfully, Paige and Mike arrived just in time to arrest the Soto Street Gang members there before they killed Johnny. However, Johnny snapped back at Mike after he herded the Sarkissians and the Armenians onto a bus while the hazmat team swept the place for the canister.

However, Johnny and Paige had no choice but to follow Briggs, who took off without talking to them, while Mike stayed behind.

They tracked Briggs down back to Graceland. He almost called Gusti “Vin” Kadek Pendit (Mahedi Rakib) from a burner but was stopped by Johnny who shot him in the leg so that he wouldn’t go anywhere, and as Johnny had almost gotten killed because of him.

Paige, however, decided to help Briggs out by planting the phone on Ari’s table, which was taken by Martun Sarkissian (Peter Stormare), who was now bent on killing Theresa Arrabuena (Terri Hoyos).

After discovering that the sarin gas canister wasn’t at the funeral parlor, Mike confronted Briggs about everything that he had been doing. Briggs then confessed that he had involved Mike as he was key to the entire thing. He was the only one who could arrest Martun, as Martun was Gusti’s buyer. At that moment, Gusti called as he was about to meet Martun.

However, when Mike got there, Martun had already taken the canister and was headed towards Soto Street.

There, Mike along with Homeland Security’s helicopters tried to keep Theresa from shooting Martun, as that would result in everyone getting exposed. However, after Mike realized that the rat used to test and verify the sarin’s potency was still alive, Mike shot Martun, who was arrested for having the intent to commit and act of terrorism.

Afterward, Paige made Mike realize that no one would have helped Briggs. It was if he didn’t pull all their strings, and because of this, Mike punched Briggs’ face back at Graceland.

Meanwhile, in Florida, Dale “DJ” Jakes (Brandon Jay McLaren) managed to get some cash for Briggs before it was accounted for by their team of forensic accountants. It led to him being late for his date with Courtney Gallo (Annie Ilonzeh). However, after patching things up with her, they slept together.

A little bit later, Jakes went out in order to comfort a drunk FBI Agent Catherine “Charlie” de Marco (Vanessa Ferlito) who began to question her motives for continuing on with this case.

Jakes was then placed in a tight situation after returning from outside, as Courtney had discovered the money he had stashed inside the hotel bed’s mattress.
