“Hawaii Five-0” Season 6 Episode 6 “Na Pilikua Nui (Monsters)” aired last Friday, Oct. 30, 2015, at 9:00 p.m. on CBS. In this episode, Detective Danny Williams (Scott Caan), Lieutenant Commander Steve McGarrett (Alex O’ Loughlin), Dr. Max Bergman (Masi Oka) and Captain Lou Grover (Chi McBride), investigated a strange case involving a serial killer hunting down women for body parts. Meanwhile, Danny’s worst nightmares came true after discovering that his daughter, Grace Williams (Teilor Grubbs) had lied to him and her mother and had gone to a party on the other side of the island. While this happened, Detective Lieutenant Chin Ho Kelly (Daniel Dae Kim) and Officer Kono Kalakaua (Grace Park) helped out after discovering that there was more to things after discovering that the blood bank where Jerry Ortega (Jorge Garcia) donated blood every year was robbed.  Read on to learn more about what happened to the Five-0 Task Force this Halloween.

The episode began with Detective Danny Williams (Scott Caan) complaining to Lieutenant Steve McGarrett (Alex O’ Loughlin). He had a feeling that their current case would keep him from celebrating Halloween night with his son Charlie (Zach Sulzbach)  at the hospital.

However, his hunch turned out to be correct as several campers at a Halloween camp had stumbled upon a suitcase with the dismembered remains of a dead woman.

Later, upon canvassing and searching the area, the police discovered that there were actually four Jane Doe’s and Dr. Max Bergman (Masi Oka) discovered that several parts of their bodies had been taken and that whoever had done this had traces of embalming fluid on their hands. Max then agreed to continue working on the case. He was an expert when it came to serial killers, as his own birth mother had been killed by a serial killer named “The Trashman.”

Captain Lou Grover (Chi McBride) identified their first victim as an English woman who had gone missing after arriving at the Honolulu airport. Danny’s nephew, Eric Russo (Andrew Lawrence) discovered that the blood in one of the amulets belonged to a man who was interested in the occult.

However, upon visiting his house, Danny and Steve revived him after he tried to hang himself as his now dead girlfriend, Tamara Craig, had broken up with him.

Danny then left to pick up his daughter, Grace Williams (Teilor Grubbs), who had lied to them about going to a sleepover. She was currently at a party on the other side of the island.

Meanwhile, Officer Kono Kalakaua (Grace Park) and Detective Lieutenant Chin Ho Kelly (Daniel Dae Kim) went to help out Jerry Ortega (Jorge Garcia). It was after the blood bank he donated blood to every year during Halloween had gotten robbed of a very particular blood type. It meant that someone, like a gangster, had been severely injured, and was being treated somewhere in the area.

They then realized that a pet clinic was being used and that the veterinarian and receptionist were being held hostage.

However, Kono and Chin Ho managed to gun down the gangsters before they could hurt anyone else.

Meanwhile, after checking the airport security cameras, they discovered that the two identified victims had come across a rather overqualified luggage boy. He used to work at a memorial home, and had a degree in mortuary science.

After visiting his house, they discovered a room that had been preserved and had belonged to the serial killer’s, Charles Oakman’s  dead girlfriend, who had died in a plane crash after leaving Hawaii for a trip. It was why Oakman hunted his victims down at the airport. Max then realized that Oakman was using different body parts from each woman to recreate his own version of his departed loved one, much like Dr. Victor Frankenstein did to create his creature.

Steve and Grover then headed out to Oakman’s girlfriend’s cottage. Steve confronted Oakman in the basement, and found a sewed up woman floating in a tank.

Afterwards, Steve thanked Max for his work.

Meanwhile, Danny, much to Grace’s embarrassment, marched her away from the party, but later, the two ended up getting stranded after a wild pig ran into the middle of the road as they were driving. Danny also made it clear why he was upset at Grace. He held her hand after she got scared as they walked through the woods together.

Later, Danny managed to call someone to help them tow the car, and he taught Grace a lesson between what kind of lie is bad and not.

Afterwards, he spent the day with Charlie and asked him not to grow up.
