Premium cable network HBO has released a two and a half minute video featuring its achievements for 2014 and what’s up ahead for the award-winning channel for 2015. Read on to learn more about this news story.

The special year-end video from HBO includes a feature on shows that have ended its run in the network in 2014, such as “Boardwalk Empire,” “True Blood” and “The Newsroom.” It also highlights the first season of shows that debuted this year, such as “True Detective,” “Silicon Valley” and “The Leftovers.” The second half of the feature, meanwhile, presents upcoming teasers to some of HBO’s most prolific series and potential television hits, as well as movies and miniseries

Game of Thrones” – The clips from “Game of Thrones” show Cersei at the palace, Jon Snow among the men of the Night Watch, Tyrion in his travel at the Narrow Sea and Arya in what looks like the beach at Braavos.

“Veep” – There’s a brief clip of former “House” star Hugh Laurie in his special guest appearance on “Veep” this 2015.

“Girls” – Jessa is seen slapping Hannah in the short clip, but Hannah also dances in another clip, and a sad-looking Adam is shown getting wet under the rain.

True Detective – There are no images from this series in the video yet. But given how much it is anticipated for 2015, especially with the confirmation that the second season will star Colin Farrell and Vince Vaughn, HBO has made sure to add it in its year ender round-up.

Togetherness – There’s a montage of images in this clip from one of HBO’s newest shows, which will debut on Jan. 11, 2015. It stars Mark Duplass and Amanda Peet.

The Brink – Some highlights to this political comedy feature Jack Black, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Tim Robbins in this clip. The show has no air date yet.

Westworld” – The year ender video closes with “Westworld,” pegged as a another likely hit for HBO. The show is based on the 1973 Michael Crichton novel about artificial intelligence and stars Ed Harris, Sir Anthony Hopkins, Evan Rachel Wood and Ed Harris. Debut date for this series has not yet been confirmed.

You can check out the teaser in the video below.  Keep tabs on Movie News Guide (MNG) for updates about the abovementioned shows.
