Hilary Duff is no stranger to fame and attention for she has been experiencing that from a very young age. Duff gained prominence from the show “Lizzie McGuire” that started her career and propelled her to a star. If that was not enough, the actress/singer also has successful albums to her name that have garnered both critical and commercial success. However, after all of this, she started to distance herself from the limelight. But that seems to be changing because she is steadily making a comeback.
According to USA Today, the actress/singer who launched her single titled “Sparks” featured her with her friends looking for prospective dates on the dating app Tinder. In the video, she could be seen swiping through different profiles and showing interest in some guys. In the video she also can be seen going out on dates and having a good time. Since the curiosity levels were rising so much, she was asked if she is actually on Tinder or was it just something that she was doing to promote her new album “Breathe in. Breathe Out”?
It was a pleasant surprise to know when she admitted that she actually is on Tinder but she had a good explanation for that. She said that although she is using the dating app, she is not really active on it. It’s all just about swiping through different profiles. Since she is so busy with her work she unfortunately does not have time to date. She did mention that was really intrigued by the app and wanted to take a look at it.
As mentioned earlier and reported in LA Times, the actress/singer tasted success with “Lizzie McGuire”. Her merchandise was really popular which included dolls, fragrances, fashion lines and what not. But later she diverted her attention to her personal life. Got married to former NHL player Mike Comrie, had a son and decided to close down shop. But after a little introspection, she decided to make a comeback.
