Homeland” Season 4 Episode 6 “From A to B and Back Again” answered the lingering question  “Where’s Saul?” Read on to learn more about this episode.

The episode opened for the nth time with Aayan and Carrie in bed. Carrie gave him the money and the passport that he needs to get to London and pursue his dreams, and Aayan was really happy.

Aayan was so excited to finally be going to London that he went for his last trip to medical school to gather some of stuff. When he left the building, he noticed a tall man watching him, and he sensed trouble right away. Carrie warned him about this that an ISI agent might by spying on him, so he tried his best to shake him off. He was able to reach the safe house where he told Carrie everything.

However, the man was able to follow Aayan, and he was able to escape once again. He saw Carrie being taken away by the men. It turned out all of these were staged by Carrie, and those men were the CIA. The plan was to put Aayan on the run because he would definitely go to his family or his uncle Haissam Haqqani. That’s what Carrie and her team needs so they could finally put an end to Haqqani.

Once Carrie was back in the base and they’re monitoring Aayan through a drone, her team was very quick to express their disapproval of what she’s done to Aayan. However, Carrie shrugged this off because we all know she’s willing to do whatever it takes to kill terrorists. Moreover, no one knows yet that Saul is missing. Instead of focusing on this one, they are more focused on getting Haqqani.

Aayan made his way to the mountains. This was the moment that Carrie’s team has been waiting for because he finally called his uncle Haqqani and Carrie. To make matters even more awkward in the CIA base, all of them heard the conversation between Aayan and Carrie. He told her that he loves her.

Aayan was so happy with his freedom, but it was cut short when armed men came to get him. Carrie told her team to be ready because Haqqani is there. She was right, Haqqani was there, but he has someone else with him — Saul. They were all shocked, and Haqqani surprised them even more when he shot his own nephew. With only one drone left, the CIA was confused on which car to follow — Saul’s or Haqqani’s?
