“House of Cards” has won million of hearts with its on-spot and true to reality political drama. It is set to expand with season 4. “House of Cards” Season 4 premiere date is yet to confirm but given the history of launches of previous seasons Feb. 12, Feb. 26 or March 11, 2016, seems the most likely dates.
There are a lot of speculations and rumbling as to what Neve Campbell’s entry could mean. Claire Underwood had dropped the bomb already that she is leaving Frank Underwood. Will Neve Campbell stand tall with Frank or will strengthen Frank and Claire’s marriage?
According to VC Post, Beau Willimon, Executive Producer of “House of Cards,” has revealed details on Campbell’s character. He confirmed that Campbell is going to be one of the hotshots who will cause trouble to Frank and Claire Underwood.
In conversation with Christian Post, Willimon also enlightened fans that “House of Cards” Season 4 is very much going to be on the ground rather than reaching for power. He explained saying that “House of Cards” Season 4 will not lose the emotional touch and race for power will have to deal with relationships first.
Willimon further added, “We took a lot of risks with season three. We wanted to delve deeper into the emotional story. We wanted a little less political intrigue and a little more of the emotional flux. We wanted to tell the story of the marriage. I think there were a lot of fans that really appreciated that. And for a lot of them, this turn that we took made it their favorite season.”
Meanwhile, it is confirmed that the dirty politics will see Doug Stamper’s death. Although, Michael Kelly does not want this to happen. He told Christian Post in the recent past, “I don’t know, man, I don’t want him to… I love playing him, I love going to work every day, here we are in season 4 and I love going to work just as much as I did the first day of season 1 and that says a lot.”
