Thanksgiving has always been a time of celebration and fun with everyone you hold dear and treasure. This year, many celebrities spent their Thanksgiving with family and friends, as well as made new friends and bonded with others. Read on for further details.

For this year’s Thanksgiving celebration, Twitter, Instagram and other social media sites have been flooding with cool pics from many stars eager to show off how they spent their Thanksgiving, whether at home, in an outing, or with their fans.

When it comes to Thanksgiving, nothing ever beats a good feast topped with a big turkey. And though not many people know it, many of our beloved celebs are also experts in the kitchen. Pics showing celebs lining up and buying groceries, and later cooking with company at home, have been posted and liked by many fans.

Back in 2013, the Kardashian-Jenner family posted pictures of them spending the holiday in their mother’s home with a dinner fit for a king. This year, Khloe Kardashian posted on Twitter that she is hosting the Kardashian-Jenner family Thanksgiving feast in her home, with her doing the cooking herself.

Kardashian’s younger sister, Kylie Jenner, also did some Thanksgiving cooking with rapper Tyga, comedian George Lopez, and actors David Hunt and Patricia Heaton for the residents of the Los Angeles Mission and Anne Douglas Center.

Some stars like Jessica Simpson, Neil Patrick Harris and Kelly Clarkson posted pictures of them with their respective families as they celebrated Thanksgiving. In Twitter, Clarkson posted a picture of her daughter, River Rose Blackstock, looking all cute and cuddly wearing a turkey hat. Simpson and Harris posted pics of their family just hanging out with each other for the day.

Aside from cooking and family bonding, some celebs also decided to show up at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York. The list includes Nick Jonas, Meghan Trainor and Lucy Hale. Others joined outreach programs and volunteer missions to celebrate Thanksgiving with the aim of helping others.
