J.K Rowling’s book “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” has been adapted into a movie. The trailer of “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” has been unveiled lately.
Before audience would have started thinking that there is limited magic and that only exists in Harry Potter movies, Rowling gave green light to filmmakers to make an adaption of her book.
The first official trailer of the movie takes the viewers to the New York of 1920s. A magician named Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) is in the pursuit of finding some supernatural creatures. No doubt, the story of the movie stands true to its title, “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.”
The plot of the movie revolves around a magical community that is busy shattering preconceived notions that manifest themselves in the form of the No-Maj, reports HollywoodReporter. The word means no magic. Viewers would see in the movie that a group named New Salem Philanthropic Society is engaged in eliminating witches and wizards from the world around. Their leader, Mary Lou (Samantha Morton) would seem pretty heartless to audience.
The movie, “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” is directorial venture of David Yates. He has also directed final four Harry Potter movies. The movie also debuts Rowling as a screenwriter. The publication reports that movie would hit the theaters on November 18, 2016.
Rowling has written the book in 2001 and got it published with a pen name, Newt Scamander. Paste Magazine reports that this is the first trailer of the Harry Potter spin-off and was released on Tuesday. The story of the movie takes place 70 years before the famous character Harry gets to dig his head in Newt Scamander’s book while in Hogwarts School.
The cast of the new movie also includes Ezra Miller, Carmen Ejogo, Colin Farrell, Gemma Chan and Jon Voight. Watch the first official trailer!
