While the Duchess of Cambridge is enjoying her pre-Christmas period, her sibling is fending off criticism with regards to his business tactics. James Middleton, whose current business venture values close to £10million has been in the spotlight due to alleged business failures. Middleton who once admired the creation of one stop shop, for all the baking kits and ingredients supply, have been the major suppliers of cakes for Jigsaw, Ralph Lauren and 3. The nominee of several business awards, is also one of the founder member of ‘Boomf’ a Marshmallow manufacturing company.
According to Express ‘Boomf’ recently was subject to a loss of £243,000, which by the end of the year turned to a profit of over £2.5million. Despite this Middleton junior has not been amused, rather disappointed at the way he was treated. Middleton stated the constant portrayal of him as failure is very grueling. Apart from ‘Boomf’ last year’s losses his other two companies have been substantially ahead of several competitors, and despite this fact he has been facing stick for his tactics. Middleton was reported to be saying he has not been adjudged carefully enough and has caught up with irrational facts.
He further went on to add that such clumsy attention is causing lack of comfort in his employees and which is becoming a cause of concern for the Middleton heir. Middleton is happy if his beard becomes a topic of debate rather than his business tactics. Meanwhile Dailymail reports that Kate Middleton’s younger brother is very much committed with blonde television presenter Donna Air. Seems like the business issues aren’t going to be a subject of conflict between the pair as, James looks increasingly confident and determined about his plans. He also went on to stress the importance of his other two business venture in Cake Kit Company and Nice Cakes, which have been far more successful and still rising. Well we believe James.
