The filming for ‘Fifty Shades Darker’ has been experiencing delays as caused by different factors. These are also the speculated reasons why the release date was moved to February. Despite these delays, there are rumors regarding the possible collaboration of writers Niall Leonard and E.L. James with director James Foley until the last movie of the trilogy?
According to News Everyday, the author of the successful saga posted a photo of herself together with Leonard and Foley in her Instagram account. In this picture, she included the caption “#FSD #FSF with James Foley @foleyfilm and Niall Leonard @noghar”. Prior to this, she has posted too an image of books of “Fifty Shades Darker” and “Fifty Shades Freed” with caption “#FSD #FSF”. With these photos, many believed she just provide a giveaway clue that they will work together until the last film.
If this will be confirmed, it’s a positive development for the Universal Studios since there are rumors before things didn’t go well between the previous director, Sam Taylor-Johnson, and James. On a separate report, there are speculations Jamie Dornan is one of the reason behind the delay of the filming?
In the report from Inquisitr, the actor is waiting to have his next child with wife Amelia Warner. This might take up a lot of his time in order to focus for his family. There are reports stating that he requested more time away from the said filming.
However, this isn’t the only reason linked to the delays. Up until now, there are still no confirmed names who will portray some of the characters such as Leila Williams, Jack Hyde, and Mrs.Robinson/Elena Lincoln. Fans of the book are pretty much aware of the impact of their roles for the plot.
“Fifty Shades Darker” will premiere on theaters on February 10, 2017.
