Jennifer Aniston wants the whole world to know: aging is awesome!

Jennifer Aniston, who launched into stardom via the popular nineties sitcom, "Friends," has always carried a cool and laid-back sense of style with her wherever she goes. She makes wearing streaked blonde hair and classic clothes so easy, and she’s not afraid to let everyone in on her secret — she finds growing old a marvellous piece of business.

Aniston, who turned 45 in February 2014, sat down to an interview with Yahoo!’s Editor in Chief Bobbi Brown to talk about her fashion sense, and what makes her look like she’s never aged a day.

“The trick to T-shirts is I that I usually tailor them. Which is silly, but it works. Or you just have to find the perfect one,” declared Aniston, whose chronic pain suffering character in "Cake" is generating some Oscar buzz.

Aniston is also a known health buff who is particular about what she eats.

“I have a Greek salad in front of me, but I also indulge. Oh my god there’s a balance,” She told Brown. “I just had a bagel. I usually give myself bread on the weekends. If I was being super picky, I would love to drop 5 pounds. That is just where I have always been really comfortable at about 110 to 113 pounds. But it is harder at this age.”

Aniston also vented her spleen about people criticizing older actresses.

“I don’t understand it. There is also this pressure in Hollywood to be ageless. I think what I have been witness to, is seeing women trying to stay ageless with what they are doing to themselves. I am grateful to learn from their mistakes, because I am not injecting s**t into my face.”

Aniston remains unmoved over the pressure put on women in Hollywood to go the plastic surgery route. Moreover, she is also ecstatic over the news 70-year-old veteran actress Charlotte Rampling is the new face of NARS and hopes the fashion industry starts to incorporate people of all ages into their ads, because, just like her, beauty should be represented in all ages.
