Former Girls’ Generation (SNSD) member Jessica Jung reportedly working on a solo album! Read On!
It has been months since Jessica Jung and Girls Generation parted ways. SONES—devoted fans of the girl group—thought that it will be the last time they’ll hear the member’s voice as she is now focusing more on her own clothing line “Blanc & Eclare.” However, it seems like no matter what happen, he will never forget her first love—music.
According to Inquisitr, ever since Jung announced that she was “forced out” from SNSD, many KPop fans are still hoping that she will continue her music career as we all know how good her singing voice is. Luckily, she granted her fans’ wish—the singer herself confirmed that she’s currently working on a solo album!
The site reported that High Cut magazine (via Nate) was the first to reveal the good news about Jung’s solo career plan.
In Jung’s interview with the magazine, the singer made it clear where she stands in her own music endeavors. “I never said I was leaving the Entertainment industry,” Jung said.
Back in February this year, the 26-year-old singer already hinted that she’s working on something with regard to her pursuing a solo career when she posted a photo of her back inside a recording studio in New York City. Unfortunately, the photo was taken down since.
It’s not new for Jung to work alone as she already proved that she’s capable enough to handle her own activities in her very own hands. She already released four songs and three duets while she’ still part of SNSD and SM Entertainment, based on KPop Starz report.
Jessica Jung remained under her former record label even after being kicked out from her all-female group until August this year. She formally left the agency and is now managing her own projects.
