Jessie J’s next single will be huge. The “Price Tag” singer collaborates with Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj, two of the most sought after female singer-performer today, for her newest track “Bang Bang.” The trio have informed the public via social media about their team up, which will have its world premiere on July 29, 2014, produced by Ilya, Max Martin and Savan Kotecha of Republic Records according to Daily Mail. “Bang Bang” is Jessie J’s lead single to her upcoming album to be released in the fall of 2014. It will also be featured on “My Everything,” Grande’s second album, which will be out on August 25, 2014.

The music scene has witnessed female pop team ups this year. “Can’t Remember to Forget You” is Colombia singer-songwriter Shakira’s uptempo new wave and reggae rock single in her fourth English studio album, featuring Barbadian recording artist Rihanna. The song was released through RCA Records and Sony Latin Iberia on January 13, 2014. “Do What U Want” is another collaborative track by American singer Lady Gaga featuring R&B performer R. Kelly, with the version of Gaga and Christina Aguilera released to digital outlets on October 21, 2013. The most recent collaborative single is Grande and Iggy’s “Problem.”

Jessie J, Nicki Minaj and Ariana Grande have each released chart-topping singles. Jessie J made a mark at no. 23 with her “Price Tag” in the U.S. Hot 100 chart. The British singer placed no. 6 in the succeeding year with her track “Domino.” Minaj’s debut studio album, “Pink Friday,”  peaked at number 1 on the U.S. Billboard 200 in 2010 and was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America. “Super Bass” is its most successful single with eight times platinum and has sold copies of more than four million, becoming one of the bestselling singles in the United States. Ariana Grande reached mainstream success after “The Way” from her debut solo album “Yours Truly” in March 2013. Her single became a top hit on the Billboard Hot 100 and was certified double by the RIAA. Later, Grande was honored by the Music Business Association as Breakthrough Artist of the Year in 2014 to recognize her achievements over 2013.

Hopes are high that the powerhouse track will make it to no. 1 in the chart.
