The American country pop-singer Jessie James Decker is putting off 5 lbs from her post pregnancy weight. Even she posted two photographs over Instagram that show her full endeavor to reduce the weight by spending ample hours at a fitness center. In September this year, the “Comin’ Home’s” music artist gave birth to a son, Eric Thomas Decker ll.
For the women who are suffering from heavy weight during their post-pregnancy period, Jessie has a solution for you. She has revealed her secret to stay fit and healthy after pregnancy. The 27-years old singer engages herself in exercise to get back into earlier shape.
Jessie, who is married to New York Jets’ renowned footballer Eric Thomas Decker, disclosed that she works two times a week under the training of her gym trainer, Anthony Michael. As far as her diet is concerned, she eats only nutrition-fit foods and has banished her desire of taking fast foods. Most importantly, most of her meals are homemade. However, she is still having sweets and treats, as she is fond of it but she still keeps it under control.
The host of E! reality show “Eric & Jessie: Game On,” Jessie recently joked that she and her husband have no “rules at home” during a short conversation with News.com.au. She even said that Eric even prefers to go shirtless behind closed doors and it is reportedly applicable for both of them.
“He’s a married man so obviously he doesn’t worry too much about that and the grooming situation, but sometimes I like to get a little creative. As soon as I saw him naked, I had a ‘no clothes’ rule in our house. But now that we have children, he has to keep his pants on,” Jessie added.
