Standout Duggar sisters Jill and Jesse have confirmed that they were victims on FOX News during Megyn Kelly’s interview with their parents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar.
Us Weekly reported that Josh Duggar admitted to molesting five girls in May 21, 2015. It included his sisters in 2002 when he was still a teenager. From then, people have been eager to know who were the sisters that she molested and finally the cast’s out of the bag.
The family sat down with Kelly for a very intense interview and it was also the first time that Josh talked about his dark secret.
Jill has given birth to her first child with husband Derick Dillard this April 2015. Jessa is expecting her first child with husband Ben Seewald. The girls haven’t spoken about the child molestation yet as well as the other family members.
However, Michael Seewald, Jessa’s father-in-law has spoken about the issue on his blog:
“I want to say that the Seewald family stands with the Duggar family in solidarity. We stand with the unnamed victims of these incidents. Out thoughts and prayers are for you. I want to say to Josh, hang in there, the shame you feel is legitimate, yet Jesus took your shame as was punished in your place. Rest in His forgiveness and grace. Remember that He gives you His righteousness as a covering for your shame. Let this trial in your life build humility and grace. Don’t be angry at the world for their hatred of you. show them through your love for them that it is Jesus Christ that made all the difference in your life. I’m rooting for you.”
