Keanu Reeves is making a comeback to the big screen as “John Wick 2” starts principal photography this fall. Read On!
Not many did foresee the enormous success of the 2014’s acting flick featuring Keanu Reeves, desolation murderer who was dragged out retrial to take revenge of his puppy’s murder, which was the last present by his dying wife. As a part of the “Outlaws Inc” announcement on Wednesday, Thunder Road announced that the filming for “John Wick 2” will start this fall – reports Entertainment Weekly.
Though nothing much is revealed about the forthcoming sequel’s plot, like the previous, “John Wick 2” will also be directed by directors David Leitch and Chad Stahelski, while the screenplay will be penned by Derek Kolstad, and undoubtedly Keanu Reeves would return as Reeves.
Based on reports cited by Screen Rant , Leitch and Stahelski, way back in February, teased the character of John Wick disclosing, “We want to make sure we have a story and a character that everybody loves and then we’ll dress it with action that we promise will be awesome.”
According to comingsoon.net, Lionsgate’s President of Acquisitions and Co-Productions, at the beginning of this year, disclosed that they were exhilarated about the second tie collaboration with Reeves, Leitch and Stahelski, who vowed to bring viewers more pleasure for the sequel.

Fabricated on a low-key budget of $20 million, the original “John Wick” movie grossed a decent $78 million at the global box office, exciting moviegoers and observers with ultra-modern clips and overblown combat sequences. The movie also turned out to be a hit at the home video market. The release date for “John Wick 2” hasn’t yet been declared.
