Justin Bieber recently joked about getting an early retirement! The pop star made first mention of his retirement when he was at an interview before the premiere of his movie “Believe.” However, his comments about retirement at that time were disregarded as Bieber then went on to claim that he was kidding and it was simply a joke.
But now, the star is facing controversy with himself and possibly his career as he walks back and forth to decide whether to call it quits or not. Bieber spent his Christmas day busy recoding music for his fans a ‘Christmas Present.’
He has also very recently tweeted to his huge fan base on the social networking website, Twitter, where he currently holds the second spot in the gaining the most number of fans/followers, coming second to Katy Perry, saying the following, “My beloved beliebers I’m officially retiring.”
Making use of his documentary, ‘Believe,’ Justin got to tell his side of the story to his fame and success in which he urges fans to ‘not believe the hype’ and that he wants to focus more on his fans than his fame.
He says: ‘It all started with the fans, so it’s got to end with the fans. It’s back to being the underdog.’
