The British Royal Couple will soon be part of your big screens in theaters. The famous novel on romance and tale of the royal couple, Kate Middleton and Prince William, “The Royal We,” is under works to become a full-fledged feature film.
British Royal Family is used to getting films based on their lives, it did not come as a surprise that the most talked about royal couple Kate Middleton and Prince William’s love story is also going to be adapted into a movie.
Heather Cocks and Jessica Morgan’s successful novel on life of Prince William and Catherine “Kate” Middleton, “The Royal We” will be adapted into movie by “Parenthood” team of Lauren Graham and Mae Whitman, reported Parade.
According to Realty Today, Heather Cocks, while explaining the storyline of “The Royal We” expressed, “It truly isn’t Wills and Kate. Yes, it was an idea borne of watching their seemingly courtship in the media, but through Bex’s eyes we had the freedom we needed to imagine all the potential behind-the-scenes emotions and conflicts of that love story.”
The successful films on royal couple includes “The Queen,” the movie for which Helen Mirren won an Oscar for the role of Elizabeth II and “The King’s Speech,” the grasping compelling movie with excellent performance by Colin Firth of King George VI.
Although, anything on British Royal Family is not necessarily to work on. The movie on Diana named “Diana” by Oliver Hirschbiegel was not really successful. And, on top of this, adaptation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s relationship by Lifetime gathered many negative reviews. The adaptation called “William and Kate: The Movie” by Mark Rosman in 2011 was a total failure.
