The Duchess of Cambridge seems to have buckled under the weight of Motherhood and royal decorum. If rumors are to be believed, Kate Middleton is having trouble with depression these days.

Sources at CelebDirtyLaundry claim that even though Kate Middleton appeared to have been happily engrossed in looking after her little bundle of joy, Prince George, at the recent public sighting at Beaufort Polo Club in Gloucestershire, something was amiss. Sources say that Kate Middleton is sufferring from post partum depression. Some insinuate that there is tension brewing between Kate Middleton and the Queen. In other words, the royal house is all a rumble these days.

The hectic life of raising two kids is getting her down. It is believed that the queen is displeased with her because she constantly turns to her mother, Carol, for support and direction while dishing out her motherly duties. Carol, who was, until quite recently, a resident of Anmer, has finally stopped keeping her daughter on a leash, but the Queen is still displeased by the way the new Duchess is raising her grandkids. It appears that Kate might still be welcoming Carol’s meddling and the Queen is worried that the children may not be getting raised with royal values.

Or maybe it is just that Kate Middleton is feeling really overworked and lonely, what with Prince William having gone back to work to please the Queen.William was recently seen partying with Chris Hemsworth at the Audi Polo Challenge. We imagine that Kate is feeling restless and frustrated being left at home to raise Prince George and Princess Charlotte all on her own.

However, if the duchess is really feeling down, she hides it really well. At the last public sighting, she looked smashing and svelte in a simple white-on-blue striped Breton top a mere six weeks after giving birth to Princess Charlotte.
