According to IBTimes, to get the final confirmation, we still have to wait and watch. In a statement made by the palace, it has been revealed that their Royal Highness the Duchess and Duke of Cambridge are coming to India in 2016 during the spring season. It is the first time that the royal couple will be visiting India. The visit has been scheduled on the request of the government of her Majesty.
All the details related the trip such as people who will come along with Middleton, the number of days and the dates for the trip will be decided in the coming days and will be declared officially in early of 2016.
The speculations of what Middleton will be wearing Indian dresses have erupted from the incidence when Samantha Cameron decided to come in all Indian dress as Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India made a trip to Britain.
Cameron was seen in a crimson red saree as she appeared at the welcome ceremony at Wembley Stadium for Modi. The Indian dress-up of Cameron was complete when she put that ‘bindi’ on her forehead.
According to Omnifeed, Kate Middleton’s visit to India will refresh the memories of the visit of Princess Diana in Feb. 1992. She and Prince Charles visited the country for the first time. Princess Diana was not seen in Indian dress at that time; however, she did make her mind wear a pink silk gown which was inspired by Mughal designers for the evening.
