Recently, Celeb Dirty Laundry reported that Kate Middleton had to attend a Ralph Lauren charity event at Windsor Castle but unfortunately, she could not make it.  According to the Daily Mail, fashion designer Ralph Lauren was  being honoured for his contributions to cancer research through the years. Read on for the Kate Middleton pregnancy update. Was the Duchess’ morning sickness responsible for her Ralph Lauren charity dinner absence?

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, has proven to be the sort of royal that shows up and does her job as long as she is in healthy condition. So some serious reason might be responsible for her absence from the said event.

Ralph Lauren was said to be upset when he learned that Kate wouldn’t be attending the event.  According to Hollywood Life, the 74-year-old designer was not at all pleased when he discovered less than six weeks ago that Middleton will not be there on such a momentous occasion in his life and career. My Daily also reported that Lauren apparently tried to cancel the event, but his PR team advised him that it would not be a good idea if he did so.

“He considered pulling out but was told by his PR advisers that it would look terrible. The company thought they were getting Kate, the most famous clothes horse in the world, and also a runway show at the castle,” revealed a source close to the designer in a report by The Daily Mail.

IBTimes reported that when  Prince William was introduced to Mr. Lauren and his wife, Ricky Anne Loew-Beer, he reportedly apologised for Kate’s absence. To which the American designer responded, “Not at all.” Although, he might be trying to be polite.

This has sparked the speculations that Kate’s absence from the Ralph Lauren charity dinner might be a indication that she’s actually pregnant again.

However, StyleList Canada has reported that the royal couple are dividing their public appearances so as not to divert attention to the causes that they are supporting.

But, the show went on as planned. Lauren might be a little more magnanimous of Kate’s absence when he learns the cause. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, sources close to the royals say that Kate is indeed pregnant  again and the nausea is already wrecking mayhem on her health as well as her schedule.

In another report by Celeb Dirty Laundry, it was mentioned that Kate was barely 6 weeks along with Prince George when they announced the pregnancy. Meanwhile,  Life & Style magazine, in their May 19, 2014 issue, has reported that the royal couple is expecting again only nine months after the birth of Prince George.

The buzz has it that, Kate told William about the second baby news during the couple’s three-week visit in New Zealand and Australia last month.

“Prince William presented Kate Middleton with a dazzling $5,650 Cartier watch, but the top-of-the-line timepiece couldn’t match the Duchess of Cambridge’s gift for her husband,” the magazine reported, according to International Business Times.
