With some of her past feuds being resolved lately, particularly with Kanye West and Diplo, Taylor Swift is reportedly planning to patch things up with Katy Perry. However, a new report says that Perry is NOT planning to take the apology.
According to a source for HollywoodLife.com, Taylor Swift is thinking of finally settling the feud between her and Katy Perry, which pretty much started with her interview with Rolling Stone that mentioned somebody who “tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me.” This apparently refers to the three backup dancers who were originally Perry’s dancers in the first place but switched for a while at Swift’s camp.
“Taylor has let it be known that she would love to kiss and make up with Katy, but so far she hasn’t gotten any bites,” the source told HollywoodLife.com.
And from the looks of it, she won’t be getting the bites because Perry is not planning on befriending her at all!
In the latest HollywoodLife.com report, a source exclusively said that in Perry’s mind, the possibility of her and Swift becoming friends has passed way back and that she doesn’t want to have anything to do with her anymore.
Whew, this could be a long cold war between these two!
But with the feud going on, who knows who else these two will trouble with. Take for example, the Grammy Awards night held earlier this month in LA. According to a source, the show producers had some trouble coordinating every part of the event like the seating arrangements and backstage and onstage appearances — all to avoid the possibility of having the two feuding celebrities have awkward run-ins in the middle of the show.
“The plans have managed to keep Katy and Taylor apart for most of the night, but as Taylor is not performing and Katy is, she’s going to have to sit and watch her rival up onstage with everyone looking at her,” the source added.
