If you’re from a famous and well-connected family like Kendall Jenner, some would expect that you’d be used to the pressure of bringing the family name and even have your fair share of bullying from others. It seems things are getting more interesting on this side of the show!
During the New York Fashion Week, many people were able to see Kendall Jenner grace the runway along with many well-known models. But even though they posed so regally onstage, who’d have thought that some of these ladies are reportedly bashing Jenner behind her back.
Reports of bullying from her fellow models have swamped Jenner last year.
“That has never happened, ever. I would see rumours of girls bullying me backstage and putting cigarettes out in my drink, and none of that has happened. Everyone’s been really cool to me. I’ve never had one girl [being] mean [to me]… so far,” Jenner said in an interview with Dazed.
A photo of Jenner getting all made up for the Donna Karan runway show was posted in Vogue Germany’s Instagram account. Among the notable comments made on the photo were those of model Lexi Boling and Teen Vogue cover girl Binx Walton. Boling commented first, saying “@binxwalton she’s never looked better.” Walton later commented with, “That’s f—-d up.”
Almost immediately, many of Jenner’s supporters reacted on the two models’ comments, saying there were just jealous of Jenner. In reply to this, both models had their comments deleted. Boling, on the other hand, made a statement on E! News about her comment through her representative.
“I wasn’t thinking and made a silly comment. Kendall’s had a killer NYFW. A big congrats to her!” said Boling in a statement as published on E! News.
Though Boling took back what she said, the damage has already been done and many have showed concern for Jenner regarding the bullying news.
