After filing for a divorce from Lamar Odom on Dec. 13, Khloe Kardashian has officially listed the Tarzana, Calif. mansion – the home she once lived in with Lamar and which was also frequently the setting of the ex-couple’s E! reality show Khloe & Lamar. The sprawling Medditerranian mansion was purchased for $3.95 million in 2009, and is now listed on Trulia for $5.49 million. So the reality star is looking to cash in a profit of $1.54 million to evade all the pain Lamar put in her heart through over the last year.
The home has a lot to boast; there is a pool and hot tub, a home theater, a pool table and more. And how can we forget the dramatic entryway and massive kitchen, which were often featured on Khloe & Lamar. It’s really sad to see Khloe, 29, and Lamar, 34, saying goodbye to their former love nest where they shared so many fond memories, but we all know it’s for the best.
TMZ reported in November that the mansion had been secretly listed, but Khloe denied the rumor at the time. “If you want 2make up stories that I’m selling my home at least use images AFTER I renovated it. LOL I can’t stand those horrendous old images,” the ‘KUWTK’ star tweeted.
But it’s now officially confirmed that the couple has put home up for sale for nearly $5.5 million. “The couple is now seeking to officially dissolve ownership of their seven bedroom, nine bathroom, 8,000 square foot Tarzana mansion,” Trulia reports. “It was rumored to be a secret pocket listing since November 2013, but now it is officially for sale on the open market.”
