Gordon Ramsay is known to be one of the harshest chefs in the world. With his yelling inside the kitchen in “Kitchen Nightmares,” he has proven to us what it takes to survive in the kitchen and in his way, that is through his harsh criticisms and yelling. After a year, the chef has announced that his original show is coming to an end. Yes, sadly “Kitchen Nightmares” is wrapping up.

Last June 23, 2014, Ramsay wrote on his blog to announce that “Kitchen Nightmares” would be wrapping up.

“I’ve had a phenomenal 10 years making 123 episodes, 12 seasons, shot across 2 continents, watched by tens of millions of people and sold to over 150 countries. It’s been a blast but it’s time to call it a day,” said Ramsay in his Web site.

“Kitchen Nightmares” premiered in the UK in 2004 and it centered on Ramsay going around restaurants and rehabilitating them as well as the owners. After three years, the Fox Network launched an American version of the show, which showed Ramsay’s temper. It was very entertaining to watch and it also generated a number of Internet memes.

Fox has one more episode of “Kitchen Nightmares” to air and currently, Ramsay is filming four more episodes for Channel 4 in the UK.

Before you worry, this is not the last time that you are going to see the fiery chef because Fox still has his franchises “Hell’s Kitchen,” “Hotel Hell,” MasterChef,” and “MasterChef Junior.”

Ramsay ended his announcement on his Web site by thanking all his fans.

“I’m glad I’ve been able to entertain and hopefully help a few people along the way. It’s sad to say goodbye to ‘Kitchen Nightmares’ but I’ll be continuing with my other shows. It’s been memorable!,” said Ramsay in his post.

Now that it has been announced that “Kitchen Nightmares is wrapping up, are you sad to see the show go? Well, don’t fret because you can always catch reruns of it, for sure! And the good thing is that we are still going to see him in his other shows. What are your thoughts on this? Share ut with us by posting your comments below!
