Elle Magazine’s Annual Women In Hollywood Awards completed its 22nd round this year. Dakota Johnson and Leslie Mann attended the event as honourees and as they reached out at the stage, the event showed different colors.

The Annual Women In Hollywood Awards by Elle recognises women power in Hollywood and encourages towards healthy feminism. While, “Knocked Up” actress Leslie Mann promoted fun, Dakota Johnson took stage to leave a strong message.

The fun teasing at Elle’s 22nd Annual Women In Hollywood Awards revealed that “This Is 40” actress Leslie Mann actually watched “Fifty Shades of Grey” almost 5 times in the morning to prepare for her speech. Mann funnily teased Johnson saying that her character Anastasia Steel has to go through so much and Christian Grey is quiet unreasonable with his demands.

“The 40-Year Old Virgin” actress further pulled Johnson legs saying that “Fifty Shades” actress in not virgin and added, “I don’t want my friend Dakota to have to go through that again. So I am officially volunteering to take over the part of Anastasia Steele to save her from that pain,” reported  Variety.

After Leslie Mann’s funny and witty speech, it was honouree Dakota Johnson’s turn to take up stage who looked glamorous in Jacob & Co. Jewelry paired with Calvin Klein Black Gown, reported Elle Magazine.

Johnson addressed the very nominal but disturbing problem every women has to go through – to impress each and everyone. Johnson voiced again, not being comfortable with their own skins and trying hard to impress others.

Honoree Dakota Johnson voiced powerfully by praising Hollywood’s women force and expressed, “I’ve decided to elegantly name this precarious internal chatter the ‘f–k you committee.”

Jonshon further added that she is letting the old outlooks break and not let society decide her impression rather she would go one step ahead and define it under her own norms where she is comfortable.
