Kobe Bryant has won several awards, distinctions, and achievements for himself. He is also regarded as the most loyal NBA athlete for playing all throughout his entire career in just a single team which is the Los Angeles Lakers. His recognition goes beyond it because he has played for his country and took home the gold medal in Olympics alongside with other equally-talented players.
The Black Mamba, a legend of his own, has recently named his all time top teams and players but limits it only to those whom he have faced in the past or in the present. That is around 20 years of his entire career in NBA. According to CBS Sports, Bryant chosen the names last Monday, Dec.21 through a conference call.
Baxter Holmes from ESPN as cited by Bleacher Report, revealed that his top 5 teams are the following: Detroit Pistons, Sacramento Kings, Boston Celtics, San Antonio Spurs, and Chicago Bulls. All of them five have shown their excellent gameplay, teamwork, resilience, dedication, and commitment in their quest for a championship title. Although the peak of their gameplay differs for each year, still these teams always pursue for their goal.
Of course, if Bryant has mentioned the top 5 teams of his choices, he has also given his top 5 players of all time based on whom he have already faced with. These are the NBA players he has deep respect: LeBron James, Hakeem Olajuwon, Clyde Drexler, Kevin Durant, and Michael Jordan.
The legendary Michael Jordan is always included in the list of the personal preferences of the players. It is noteworthy to notice too that Bryant has pick two present players in Durant and James, whom followers of NBA often do the comparison among them.
