Where We Left Off: Fall TV 2014 – FRIDAYS

On television, Friday used to be regarded as a death sentence because this is where networks throw shows that are no longer performing well in the ratings. But as the past season has proven, that is no longer the case, as many returning shows have survived long enough to wow viewers with more stories. What did happen last season on Fridays? Find out by reading our fall TV 2014 roundup below.

Blue Bloods
CBS
Returning: Sept. 26, 2014

Inspector Peterson gave up her post, believing that her relationship with Frank was getting in the way of her objectivity. Danny and Erin investigated a murder case that lead to them discovering the corruption in the DA’s office and the NYPD.

Hawaii Five O
CBS
Returning: Sept. 26, 2014

Catherine left Hawaii to follow up on a case in the Middle East regarding someone who’s near and dear to her. Grover left the Honolulu Police Department to become a full-fledged Five-O member. Wo Fat escaped prison because he had something important to discuss with McGarrett.

Last Man Standing
ABC
Returning: Oct. 3, 2014

Eve wanted to wear her JROTC uniform to the prom, which irked her boyfriend Justin, so she ended up going to the dance with the Andrew, the nerd. Mike and Boyd join the mutton busting competition. In the end of the episode, Ryan and Kristin got engaged.

Grimm
NBC
Returning: Oct. 24, 2014

Renard got it really bad when he was shot while trying to get to Adalind, who cast a spell on Nick. Trubel brought the antidote for Nick to Monroe and Rosalee’s wedding. But the vial broke. It was too late anyway as the spell has stripped off Nick’s powers. He’s no longer a Grimm.
