Leonardo DiCaprio Sues Another French Magazine For Making False Claims About His Relationship With Rihanna

With this things might be pretty much clear for those who don’t know about messing with Leonardo DiCaprio. The actor-producer who has always maintained his silence about his personal life decided to go the other way because claims about his relationship status went a bit overboard.

According to Gossip Cop, he is now suing another French magazine because it claims on its cover that he will now be living with Rihanna. This should really come as a surprise because the publisher of this magazine happens to be the same guy who got sued earlier this month by the actor himself for claiming that the actor got the singer impregnated and is now refusing to take the responsibility of it.

Frederic Truskolaski, the publisher had alleged in another magazine called Oops! about the same. According to the court papers, the actor-producer is again seeking an order that will stop the illegal exploitation of his name and image for commercial purposes. The actor, this time, is seeking 10,000 Euros, which is about $11,225 and an additional $3370 for legal fees in this lawsuit.

Previously, Truskolaski was ordered to pay 8,000 Euros to the actor and taking in consideration the same, this new lawsuit is stating, “the same is true” of the rights to privacy in the current case. The media outlet also noted that under the French Law every individual regardless of his/her status, fame and fortune is guaranteed of the fact that no personal information about them, which includes photos, can be shared or reproduced without the concerned individual’s permission. The reason why the French magazine is being sued is because laws there are more protective about an individual’s privacy making it easier to sue.

The Hollywood Reporter had previously reported how successfully the actor got a French court to order the magazine Oops! to pay him 8000 Euros in damages citing that the story was likely to cause harm to his reputation. This gives everyone an idea that Leonardo DiCaprio is surely a celebrity you wouldn’t want to make false claims about.
