It looks like prosecutors aren’t convinced of Lindsay Lohan’s community service as they push to terminate her probation following her reckless driving incident. Will Lindsay Lohan go back to jail if the prosecutors prove their point? Read on to learn more about this scoop.

Lindsay Lohan may face 30 days of jail time if the judge finds out that she has not yet completed her community service hours. According to Radar, prosecutors are still waiting for the “Mean Girls” star’s community service records following her reckless driving incident. The outlet reported that Los Angeles Deputy City Attorney Terry White is expected to ask the judge to terminate LiLo’s probation “because of the lack of transparency regarding the completion of community service hours.”

Prosecutors began questioning Lohan’s community service hours after weeks of requesting for her records during her stay in London, which up until now, has not yet been handed over.

“These were very, very basic inquiries such as how was Lindsay monitored, who supervised her work,” a source told Radar.

The outlet cited that the DA “never wanted Lindsay to be able to do the hours in London” and said that another judge who was handling the case that time approved the request.

Prosecutors were even more concerned to hear the records that Lohan allegedly served 8 hours of community service 10 days in a row. It was also questionable when the records claim that Lohan received 18 hours of credit for meeting and greeting her fans after her London performance for “Speed-the-Plow.”

TMZ reported that Lohan also received 70 hours credit for “work shadowing experience” after allowing young people to follow her around, even when Lohan wasn’t working that time.

Lohan’s case is scheduled for a hearing on Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2015. If Lohan is found guilty of violating her probationary policies, she will face a minimum of 30 days of jail time.

While Lohan may spend some time in jail if proven and found guilty, the “Mean Girls” actress was spotted spending Valentine’s Day at the Hilton Jumeirah Resort and Spa in Dubai, as Emirates 24/7 reported.
