List of Nominees for 2015 MTV Movie Awards is Now Out!

With 2014 coming off with a bang, 2015 starts with acknowledging the best out there. And finally, the list of nominees for the upcoming MTV Movie Awards is out and voting has finally begun.

Coming up soon is the 2015 MTV Movie Awards to award the winners of the most amazing movie categories anyone can think of. The categories include the usual batch of awards in every awarding body like the Movie of the Year and the Best Male and Female Performances. Other categories joining in for this year are the Best Scared-As-S–t Performance, Breakthrough Performance, Best Duo, Best Fight, Best Kiss, Best WTF Moment, Best Villain, Best Musical Moment, Best Comedic Performance, and Best Onscreen Transformation.

Among the nominees, the movies ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’, ‘Neighbors’ and ‘The Fault in Our Stars’ garnered seven nominations each for the night. Movies ‘22 Jump Street’ and ‘Whiplash’ are both up with five nominations.

Right up with the thrills are the nominees for the Best Scared-As-S—t Performance Award. This include Rosamund Pike for ‘Gone Girl, Annabelle Wallis for ‘Annabelle’, Jennifer Lopez for ‘The Boy Next Door’, Dylan O’Brien for ‘The Maze Runner’, and Zach Gilford for ‘The Purge: Anarchy’.

Showing us the best bodies to watch out for in a movie are the nominees for the Best Shirtless Performance Award. The list includes Zac Efron for ‘Neighbors’, Chris Pratt for ‘Guardians of the Galaxy, Channing Tatum for ‘Foxcatcher’, Ansel Elgort for ‘The Fault in Our Stars’, and Kate Upton for ‘The Other Woman’.

And out to give viewers squeals of the highest pitch are the nominees of the Best Kiss Award. This includes Ansel Elgort and Shailene Woodley for ‘The Fault in Our Stars’, James Franco and Seth Rogen for ‘The Interview, Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone for ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2’, Scarlett Johansson and Chris Evans for ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’, and Rose Byrne and Halston Sage for Neighbors’.

Voting for your favorite nominee from the bunch has already started on Wednesday, March 4 and will end on Saturday, April 11. Although, voting for the ‘Movie of the Year’ award will commence throughout the show right until before its announcement. To vote for your nominee, subscribe at

To be held at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, the MTV Movie Awards 2015 will be hosted by Amy Schumer and aired live on Sunday, April 12 at 8:00pm E.T.
