“Home is where the heart is,” they say. Guess that’s no longer the case for the 44-year old singer songwriter Mariah Carey. The “Without You” singer sold her $9 million mansion in Bell over the weekend.

According to Variety, the mansion is more than 13,000 square feet with 6 bedrooms. It also has its own music studio where Mariah practices for her upcoming concerts, a basketball court for the boys, a fitness gym, a top of the line home theater system and nine bathrooms. And if that wasn’t enough to impress you, Mariah and Nick’s mansion also has a gigantic hall that can fit hundreds of people, its own swimming pool, a spa for relaxation, spacious parking and a tennis court.

The best part of the entire mansion, and what probably sealed the deal, was what reports call the “Aspen Room.” Its a 33 ft long entertainment lounge, complete with its own fireplace and full bar overlooking the Stone Canyon Reservoir.

Based on her recent photo taken during the last Thanksgiving, Mariah was still living there. Check out the gorgeous photo of Mariah and Nick’s lavish mansion here.

According to Forbes, the mansion has been sold to a New York City doctor Rudy Rezzadeh and his wife Niki. It was revealed that the couple immediately felt at home when they saw the place.

Ardavan Mofid, the couple’s agent, shared that during the visit, a Mariah Carey song was playing in the background.  A song that the couple had been looking for over a year and a half! Guess it was Mariah’s voice that made the sale, after all.
