Marry Me” Season 1 Episode 7 “Win Me” will air on Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2014, at 9:00 p.m. on NBC. Cousin Scooby is in town, and Annie and her dads vie for his presence at their upcoming weddings. Who will win this one out? Before we get into the details, let’s go over with the episode from last week first.

In “Bruges Me” (air date: Nov. 25, 2014), Jake (Ken Marino) attempted to get close and bond with Annie’s gay fathers, Kevin 1 (Tim Meadows) and Kevin 2 (Dan Bucatinsky), after realizing that he really didn’t have a substantial relationship with them. He wanted to foster one now, as he is marrying their daughter. Their brunch was awkward at first, because it was the first time they got together without Annie.

When Kevin 1 and Jake bonded over their love for motorcycles, the latter thought that this idea of getting close to the dads was not going to be bad after all. However, he opened up a can full of worms for the couple as they fought over Kevin 1’s desire to ride motorcycles again. Kevin 2 blamed Jake for influencing his husband.

In order to pacify the situation, Jake thought that he would talk Kevin 1 out of buying a bike, but when he got to their place, it was too late. Kevin 1 was already riding a Vespa, which technically isn’t a motorcycle, but Jake knew too well to keep his mouth shut now.

Kevin 2 saw his husband on the Vespa and grew even more furious. Jake realized that the real reason why Kevin 2 was mad at Kevin 1 was because the latter seemed more committed to having a motorcycle than to marrying him. He knew just how to get this couple to work out their issues, as he’s been in the same boat before.

So after talking it over with Kevin 1, the two set out to make amends with Kevin 2, who was at the Flemish Pride Parade, consoling a distraught Annie (Casey Wilson). Right there and then, Kevin 1 proposed to Kevin 2. The two will finally get married after decades of being together.

Meanwhile, Annie was having a panic attack because she was supposed to sing at the pride parade. It was her way of helping out Gil (John Gimberling) who was participating in the Flemish activities. He originally had planned on selling waffles but had to change this to a song presentation. Despite some hitches in the beginning, the two were able to perform perfectly in front of their friends.

Spoiler Alert: “Marry Me” Season 1 Episode 7 “Win Me” will air on Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2014, at 9:00 p.m. on NBC.

In the episode, special guest star Nat Faxon is dropping by. We first reported this back in September, and now the episode is finally airing.

Faxon will be playing Scooby, a cousin of the family. When Annie’s dads also got engaged, following her own engagement a few weeks prior, they will learn in this episode that Scooby can only go to one of the weddings. This will result in some sort of “bride wars” to determine who will win having Scooby as their wedding guest.

In another storyline, the show will have Gil at odds with Dennah (Sarah Wrigh) and Kay (Tymberlee Hill) as they both have stood him up when they’ve got big plans a few days back. He then will set sights on boding with a group of six graders for a basketball match and a game of laser tag. That will show the girls, right?

And that’s what you can expect on “Marry Me” Season 1 Episode 7 “Win Me,” which will air on Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2014, at 9:00 p.m. on NBC. For more about this show, follow Movie News Guide (MNG) for the recaps, spoilers and other updates.
