The episode titles of Marvel’s “Jessica Jones,” an upcoming Netflix series have been revealed on Reddit. The release date of the show has also been disclosed.
News Briefs reported that the titles for all the 13 episodes of the upcoming American web television series have been revealed online. According to the Reddit post, the 13 titles include “AKA Ladies Night (52m), AKA Crush Syndrome (52m), AKA It’s Called Whiskey (54m), AKA 99 Friends, AKA The Sandwich Saved Me (50m), AKA You’re a Winner (54m), AKA Top Shelf Perverts, AKA WWJD?, AKA Sin Bin, AKA The Kumbaya Circle Jerk, AKA I’ve Got the Blues, AKA Jewel and the Power Man, and AKA Smile.”
One thing that was obvious was the “AKA” prefix in all the 13 episode titles. In fact, the prefix was removed from the original title of the show. The first five titles even included the episode running time. It seems that the episode titles “refer to Jessica Jones’ (Krysten Ritter) cases.”
Neither Marvel nor Netflix has announced the official release date of “Jessica Jones.” However, MTV report suggested that the series is set to be released in October. Perhaps, it would be about six months after the premiere date of Marvel’s “Daredevil.”
According to /Film, Melissa Rosenberg, the show runner, revealed that the Netflix series would reach the audience even more than what the comics did.
“Jessica Jones” story revolves around titular heroine – a private detective who specializes on cases involving “people with superpowers.” Jessica would actually rebuild her career in New York City as a detective after “the tragic end of her short-lived stint as a superhero.” Krysten Ritter, the “Breaking Bad” star assesses the role of Jessica Jones.
The episode titles and expected release date are revealed for Marvel’s “Jessica Jones.” Hope the fans would be thrilled and anxiously wait for the show to premiere in October.
