“One for the Money, Two for the Show” (air date: Sept. 21, 2014) was directed by Adam Bernstein and written by Amy Lippman. Bill stepped up his career and relationship with Ginnie as they accept an invitation for a special coverage from CBS. The couple/co-workers may have a good rapport at work, but it seems that it doesn’t translate on camera. Virginia looked great while Bill felt useless because of the injuries he got from his brother.

At the shoot, Bill felt unsure over Shep’s plan for their television stint. The PR guys said that he should be “personable” towards the viewers. Bill draw the line when Shep told him not to use censored words in his explanation. Ginnie tried including Bill in the conversation, but it was no use. When the one of the guys pointed out his “vulgar” words, Bill immediately showed his passion for his work. He and Ginnie then pointed out the importance of those words in their research.

Unfortunately, the burn abruptly stopped when Lester brought to re-enact some of the scenes. Bill also voiced out his dislike for the TV crew’s plan. It seems that the event really took a toll on Bill. After the crew left, Ginnie found a sweaty and stressed out Bill. Ginnie did calm him down by hugging him.

Meanwhile, Libby was about to be interviewed as the woman behind Bill. She left the location after seeing the off-cam and on-cam chemistry that her husband and Ginnie had during the shoot. She went to the CORE office to vent out her anger. She was the last one at the office when Robert talked to her. The man offered her a ride. They talked about Libby’s personality as a “uniformed do-gooder.”

They arrived at her neighborhood unscathed until a cop pulled them over. The man started harassing and getting Robert angry for a fight. Libby saved the day by telling that Robert was an invited co-worker in her house. She wanted to fix his shirt with a missing button after the fight. Robert refused to go inside so Libby sewed the button while he was wearing the shirt. He asked her if she’s really serious and Libby assured him that it’s good that she was not invisible to anyone. Then, Robert and Libby started having sex in the kitchen floor.
