Damon is a perfect casting for the role of Mark Watney in the sci-fi adventure movie ‘The Martian.” When talking about “Bourne 5,” the actor said that the next Bourne movie would “belong with the other three,” reported Famous Fix.

Based on a report from Independent, “The Bourne” trilogy films titled “The Bourne Identity,” “The Bourne Supremacy,” and “The Bourne Ultimatum” made a great success. The franchise did a mistake by introducing a different director for its fourth installment.

However, Matt Damon and the original director Paul Greengrass are back for “Bourne 5.” The scriptwriters of the currently untitled fifth film of “The Bourne” series are Greengrass, Damon, and Christopher Rouse. Damon is reprising his role Jason Bourne, and Julia Stiles is returning as Nicky Parsons in the fifth installment.

The filming of “Bourne 5” expected to start in Greece and Las Vegas, in a “post-Snowden world.” The movie is expected to release on Jul. 29, 2016.
