Almost two years after his father’s untimely death, Meadow Walker, the 16 year old daughter of the late Paul Walker, is reported to have plans in pursuing legal action against Porsche over the car crash that eventually killed her father.

A wrongful death case will be filed against the car manufacturer for allegedly taking safety shortcuts that led to the death of the late Fast and Furious star Paul Walker when the Porsche Carrera GT, driven by his friend Roger Rodas crashed into a lamppost and burst into flames killing both men.

Rodas’ widow has already filed a similar lawsuit last year but Porsche claimed that the crash was the driver’s fault, rather than being down to design flaws in the car.

As of this moment, neither Meadow Walker nor Porsche representatives have made any confirmation about this report.
