Miranda Lambert’s divorce is not something that everyone is talking about lately. The “Bring Me Down” damsel has recently revamped her looks. We are not hinting at Lambert’s weight loss for sure. Did you see her hair? She has got them colored pink. Is she pursuing Sam Hunt?
The 31-year-old Lambert looked stunning at the CMA Awards held in Nashville on Wednesday night. Her tresses had some crazy-cool pastel tint, which looked simply fabulous on her face. She flaunted her beautiful hair with a sleek black Versace dress and slinked on the red carpet, making heads turn. Now, if someone admires her, there would be no rumors the next day like Lambert cheated on Shelton. Lambert and Shelton’s divorce is known to everyone and if you hear about Lambert and Hunt’s relationship too, you would probably be happy that Lambert has moved on.
People Magazine approached celebrity hair stylist, Lavoy to get all the nitty-gritty about her new hair style. Lavoy has been engaged in styling Lambert’s hair for the past four years. He said that the whole idea of coloring her hair pink came when she made a recent guest appearance at the Taylor Swift concert .
Lavoy said, “I noticed her Nashville colorist, Lee Wright, had added a few pastel pink streaks in her hair, so I wanted to do something fun and different this year for the CMA Awards.” He disclosed that he discussed with Lambert that she could have a pink ombré [look] and “The House That Built Me” singer agreed. The hair pro also revealed that Lambert loves pink color and she also has a store, “Pink Pistol”.
So readers, now is the time to reveal the big secret! Do you know how Lambert got her hair ready for the red carpet? It is the clip-in-extension she had.
Lavoy said, “Because of the risk involved, I thought the smartest plan would be making some clip-in extensions and try out the color and see if she liked it.”
To accentuate the “Little Red Wagon” singer’s hair, Lox Extensions were the main component and the use of Joico Semi-Permament Hair Color in soft pink was preferred over others. The dyed extensions were then cut, so that Lambert’s natural tresses and hair extensions would look great together.
After that, the hair was flat-ironed with PRO Beauty Tools 1-inch Professional Ceramic Shine Digital Straightener. The waves you see were created with Beauty 1-inch Professional Gold Curling Iron and the Pro Beauty 1 1/4-inch Professional Gold Curling Iron.
Lavoy states, the final look was “soft, edgy and chic.” So, Lambert’s fans you can also get your hair done like her. You know the steps now!
