Awkward” fans, we have some good news and bad news for you. Read on to leanr more about it.

The show has been renewed for a fifth season, but the bad news is that it will be the show’s last season. “Awkward” is currently on it’s fourth season with five more episodes to air and we are following Jenna and her friends living their senior year.

Fortunately, MTV has decided that the show still has a story to tell and we are guessing that it will focus on Jenna’s freshman year in college. The network might want the fans to see Jenna all settled down in college before she says goodbye.

Currently, the show has been getting pretty decent ratings from 18-49 demographic and their ratings got higher this season compared last season’s ratings. The cancellation of the show is very disappointing because “Awkward” is a very unique TV series. However, as they say, “all good things come to an end.”

What do you think about the renewal and the cancellation of “Awkward?” Do you think it’s about time that the show wraps up for the last time or would you like to see more seasons after the fifth season of the show?
