MTV’s Faking It Renewed for Season 2 Plus Season 1 Finale Sneak Peek [WATCH VIDEO]

The Season 1 finale of “Faking It” is upon us. But before you get sad that your favorite MTV show is ending, you might want to read more because we have some amazing news to share to you!

“Faking It” may be ending the first season of its lying game, but that doesn’t mean that it’s the end for Karma (Katie Stevens) and Amy (Rita Volk) because we are going to see them once again on their second season! Yes, you read that right! The show has been officially renewed for Season 2.

MTV has ordered a 10-episode second season for “Faking It.” The show is the highest rated new series launch on the network so far this year with 1.5 rating among their target demographic of 12-34 viewers, and the show has been gaining 1.4 million total viewers every week! There is no wonder why we are going to see it again. The show has also become the perfect partner to “Awkward.”

“We’re excited about Carter Covington’s delicious plans for season two,” said Suzanne Daniels, president of MTV Programming, in the Deadline report.

Now, we get to see more of Amy and Karma. But before we anticipate what’s going to happen to these two best friends next season, check out the sneak peek of Season 1 finale Episode 8 “Burnt Toast” below. It airs on Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at 10:00 p.m. on MTV.

For now, let us bask under the happiness that we are all feeling after the news broke that our favorite MTV show, “Faking It,” has been renewed a second season. This makes everything even much better.
