Was it a “Will & Grace” reunion in “The Mysteries of Laura” Season 1, Episode 16 titled “The Mystery of the Exsanguinated Ex?” Well, it wasn’t the kind of reunion “Will & Grace” fans have been wanting for a while now but this will do. Read below for the full recap.
Eric McCormack stars in this episode to play the role of Andrew, Laura’s ex-fiance. His character as Will from “Will & Grace” was very different here because he was such a jerk after he and Laura broke things off. The reason that their paths have crossed was that Andrew has a case that Laura could help with.
The story was that he got himself “accidentally” married to a woman. It was since then he gave up his medical practice because he didn’t want to waste his talents on people not worth his time. He was really a jerk and he told Laura all about this ad. It was kind of surprising that Laura didn’t lose her cool during the interview.
At first they thought the suspect was Will. It was until Laura’s team dug in deeper to get to the bottom of the case. It turns out that it was Will’s ex wife’s sister who was behind all of these to get more money. Then, it hit Will how he let his life get ruined over the years. He decided to get back up again and continue with what he loves to do: being a doctor.
In other news, there was Max’s case who’s gay but he pretends that he’s straight to his family. They want him to get married already. And with that, he stopped pretending that he’s straight and got himself a boyfriend. His mother was over the moon because she can’t wait to throw him a wedding!
