NBA 2K17 is the 18th instalment of the series. The NBA 2K Community is trying to add college teams in this release for a new experience.
Despite of having a hard time to get a collegiate licensing to release a full game with college teams, NBA 2K Community is just doing its best to fill the needs. But one of the premiere arena, logo and uniforms creators of the NBA Community, Da Infamous NY, did a great job in its first project called NCAA 2K17 for NBA 2K17.
NCAA 2K17 is a roster that contains 39 different top college programs, 36 teams, scoreboards, realistic jersey uniforms and courts. Since this project is for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, it needs a lot of unique or fresh ideas and specific details to see the authenticity of the project. And take note, over 250+ college players were created with signature movements based on their real-life’s game.
According to Forbes, a player will not experience a better representation of the college game without revealing an official College Hoops 2K for NBA 2K17. Even though Da Infamous NY did a great job on that roster project, fans need to acknowledge the hard work of developers for this 18th instalment of the NBA 2K series.
Setting up the game’s roster to experience the college games require some detailed steps. If the shot clock can be changed or altered, it is possible to have a more realistic basketball college game. Check out step by step process from the creator of NCAA 2K17 here.
NBA 2K17 received positive reviews from Game Informer with 9.5/10, GameSpot with 9/10, Hardcore Gamer with 4.5/5 and from Metacritic with 91/100. This game is developed by Visual Concept and published by 2K Sports. It is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC platforms.
