The Miami Heat has recently added Briante Weber to their roster. Chris Bosh and Mario Chalmers have appreciated this step of the team. Bosh feels that Dwyane Wade and Goran Dragic are “great plus” to the team. Read on for more details.
According to The Gospel Herald, the Miami Heat had a tough time during the last NBA season after the exit of LeBron James from the team to the Cleveland Cavaliers. The team had only Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade as their main advantage.
Mario Chalmers and Chris Andersen were on the headlines of NBA trade rumors throughout the offseason. However, neither the Heat nor the two players have released official confirmation about the trading. But, it seems that the team’s fans and followers are eager to know the future of the two players.
Meanwhile, the recent addition of Briante Weber to their roster seems taking the team to the prospective direction. Indeed, Bosh and Chalmers have welcomed Weber. Bosh and Chalmers are glad that the Miami Heat has added Weber.
“The plan is for Weber to work his way back in the D-League,” reported SunSentinel.
The source also added that if the Heat fails to trade Chalmers to save their tax, or if they do not assure the Tyler Johnson’s second half contract, there could be “prospect on call” in the team’s D-League affiliate, the Sioux Falls Skyforce. However, still there is a great possibility for Weber’s way back in the D-League.
According to Miami Herald, Bosh has also appreciated the changes occurred in the team after the entry of Goran Dragic. He added that Dwyane and Goran can really handle the balls well. He also said that the two players are good passers and could force traps. He further added that the two good guards have good chemistry and could bring positive & dynamic changes to the team.
“Having two good guards is a great plus for us,” said Bosh, referring to Dwyane and Goran.
What do you think about the Miami Heat’s new addition Briante Weber? We hope that Dwyane Wade’s team-up with Goran Dragic would bring more positive changes to the team.
