The Los Angeles Clippers defeated the Milwaukee Bucks 103-90 during the NBA basketball game at Staples Center in Los Angeles, on December 16. The Clippers overcame center DeAndre Jordan’s absence to win the game with the help of Chris Paul who had 21 points and eight assists.
The Clippers guard Chris Paul battled for the ball with the Bucks guard Michael Carter-Williams and helped the Clippers beat the Bucks.
According to Fox Sports, “J.J. Redick scored 19 points and Blake Griffin added 15 points, helping the Clippers win for the ninth time in 11 games.” Moreover, Paul helped “seal the win with a pair of 3-pointers 48 seconds apart in the final 2:32.”
The Clippers guard revealed that some big shots made by their players and their defense helped them to win the game.
Based on a report from NBA.com, Paul’s 21 points, eight assists & six rebounds, Griffin’s 15 points, eight rebounds & five assists, J.J. Redick’s 19 points, and Stephenson’s four points, four assists, & two rebounds were the secret behind the Clippers victory.
In less than a minute after Jordan’s sudden ejection during the third quarter, the Clippers’ defense suffered a lot. However, Paul’s performance helped them win over the Bucks. The head coach Doc Rivers said that Paul proved to have his legs under him, thus appreciating his amazing performance during the game.
