As the NBA season is heading its way, fans could be excited to know the trade targets of the teams. It is rumored that players such as Markieff Morris, Nick Young, Chris Andersen, Channing Frye, Jamal Crawford, Mario Chalmers, Jose Calderon, Kenneth Faried, and Kevin Martin could be traded in this season.
According to SWR, it is expected that the Miami Heat could make some moves based on the results of the preseason. The team would make deals for Chris Anderson and Mario Chalmers. Jamal Crawford and Jose Calderon seem to be the deadline targets.
Reports revealed that the team got Chalmers and Andersen to reduce their luxury tax. It is believed that the team could continue moving either of the two players. It seems that moving Anderson could be hard because of his $5 million salary.
NBA rumors suggested that Nick Young could be another deadline target, as the Los Angeles Lakers could not find a suitable partner when they made a deal for him in the summer. The team could not consider Young’s demand even though Young proved to be an offensive player, as they have just signed Lou Williams.
Denver Nuggets could make some moves with Kenneth Faried as the target based on the team’s performance in this season. Orlando Magic could consider trading Channing Frye for “very little.” However, finding a suitable partner for him might be difficult as he has a decent contract.
NBA trade rumors by Bleacher Report suggested that Markieff Morris of Phoenix Suns could be traded to Detroit Pistons, and Kevin Martin of Minnesota Timberwolves could be traded at some point of this season.
