The sequel to Nicholas Stoller’s 2014 comedy film “Neighbours” titled “Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising” is into making with more hilarious story line. Though, the stars from the last year’s movie have confirmed their rejoining, update related to two more new faces namely Clara Mamet and rapper Nora Lum has got viral.
Yes, the 20-year-old ABC’s television comedy “The Neighbors” fame Clara Mamet and American alternative hip hop genre rapper Nora Lum aka Awkwafina, both have joined the team of Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising,” reported The Hollywood Reporter.
If we talk about the earlier proceedings of the movie then “Hugo” fame Chloë Grace Moretz and hot-n-gorgeous lady of “For You” Selena Gomez have already boarded the team. So, with these cute looking faces we can imagine what the director is planning to do more trouble for the two main protagonists, Seth Rogen and Zac Efron, who are reprising their roles of Mac Radner and Teddy Sanders, respectively.
Zac Efron, who is recently in news for his relationship with Vanessa Hudgens, has a major role in the movie just like the previous one. As the name of the movie suggest, it is about sorority sisters who move in as neighbors to Sanders and Radner, and how the four boys of the movie, Mac, Teddy, Kelly and Pete re-unite to battle the gang of girls.
The distributing studio is aiming to gross more than the previous movie which collected around $269 million. Scripting part is being looked after by Evan Goldberg, Brendan O’Brien, Andrew Jay Cohen, Nicholas Stoller and Seth Rogen, whereas James Weaver, Evan Goldberg and Seth Rogen will look after the production section.
The shooting for “Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising,” which is slated for release on May 20, 2016, has already begun from August this year.
