More and more cast members are being revealed in CW’s “Significant Mother.” And this just in… a new star is set to appear in the upcoming summer series. Read below for the full details.
According to Access Hollywood, Jerry O’Connell is heading to the summer series and he will play the role of Bob Babcock, a realtor who’s pretty slick. O’Connell’s character wants to sell Nate’s childhood home and at the same time, get to know Nate’s mom better.
The outlet also reported that O’Connell is not a series regular. For those of you who are anticipating the premiere of this series can expect O’Connell on the show’s 8th episode, which is also the part one of the show’s season finale.
The story revolves around the story of a restaurateur in Portland, Nate played by Josh Zuckerman who returns from his business trip to find that his best friend Jimmy played by Nathaniel Bucolic is dating and in love with his mother, Lydia played by Krista Allen.
Things are going to get really complicated… and funny.
Jonathan Silverman will play the role of Nate’s father, Harrison. His character hopes to win his wife back and use his son to do so.
Aside from O’Connell who will guest star in the show, Denise Richards and Linda Gray are also going to make an appearance.
“Significant Mother” will premiere on Aug. 3, 2015.
