The Frozen 2 release date is still more than a year away, but fans can enjoy a little taste of Arandelle in the new trailer of Kingdom Hearts 3. The video game has revealed new clips of its gameplay, including a sneak peek of the Frozen world

Square Enix was present at E3 2018 where it revealed more information about the much anticipated video game. After dropping a few teasers the past months, a new full-length trailer has been released to the public. It features a look at the Kingdom Hearts 3 new worlds.

Kingdom Hearts 3 Frozen world revealed

In the new three-minute Kingdom Hearts 3 trailer, Sora can be seen battling opponents using what seems to be an ice sword. He takes note of the freezing cold, before seeing Elsa running away from her kingdom. Remember that scene from the Disney movie, just before she sings Let It Go, well it looks to be where KH3 will pick up from.

Sora will try to save Elsa from “falling into darkness” from Larxene, a member of Organization III. The KH3 Frozen world also features other characters from the movie. Aside from Elsa, her sister Anna and love-interest Kristoff are also in the video game. Sven and Olaf are also part of the gameplay, as well as the gigantic snowman, Marshmallow.

KH3 New Worlds and Spoilers

Aside from the Frozen world, the trailer also showed gameplay from other Disney worlds featured in the game. Sora riding Rapunzel’s hair from the movie Tangled can be seen, as well as Hercules showing his man guns while carrying a boulder. Wreck-It-Ralph, Toy Story, and Monsters Inc. were also in the E3 trailer. A short clip also showed what looks to be Simba from The Lion King.

After 13 years of waiting, fans will finally be able to play Kingdom Hearts 3 on January 25, 2019 in Japan and January 29, 2019 in USA. The game will be released on the PlayStation 4 (PS4) and Xbox One.
