It’s easy to think that a lot of people would know who Chris Pratt is, right? Well, he has “Guardians of the Galaxy” and “Jurassic World” under his belt—but this episode of Billy Eichner’s “Billy on the Street” may prove otherwise. Read on and witness the confusion it inflicted to some New Yorkers.

In a sneak peek of Eichner’s show by Funny or Die, the comedian host was of course out in the streets with guest actor Chris Pratt. The two went throughout Manhattan, with Eichner offering a dollar to anybody who could distinguish Pratt.

The “Parks and Recreation” actor may have jumped from TV to some of the biggest films this past year but to Eichner’s surprise, many people didn’t recognize Pratt at all.

Eichner even helped the passers by with clues, saying: “You know, Guardians of the Galaxy?” The people say they don’t watch TV, to which Eichner replies, “It’s movies! You think he’s still slumming on NBC?”

Some of the funnier parts were when Pratt was mistaken for Chris Evans, while one thought he was “Liam.” (Hemsworth?) Ultimately, a woman named Renee properly acknowledged Pratt, but she still wasn’t as eager as Eichner wants her to be.

Cinema Blend reports that Pratt looked so comfortable with people not knowing who he was. It was more hilarious that there were actual people who clearly were too stumped to realize it was Star-Lord of “Guardians of the Galaxy”.

It was pretty apparent that Eichner got a little upset from the ego-busting Pratt received (via Time Magazine)

We guess this only proves that being in the biggest movie of 2015, heck, being in the third biggest U.S. film EVER, does not guarantee that everyone within the country will know who an actor is.

Pratt will be reprising his role in the upcoming movie “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2”.
