Uh-oh! Nicki Minaj suffers from another nip slip… yet again! The “Anaconda” singer had a wardrobe malfunction on her recent guest appearance at “Watch What Happens Live” with Andy Cohen.

The most ironic part of the whole thing was the accident happened when Minaj was animatedly recalling the embarrassment of a previous nip slip occurrence.

A caller asked the rapper which was tougher, her 2011 "Good Morning America" nip slip incident or her recent dress wardrobe malfunction during the 2014 VMAs.

"Definitely the nip slip. Because the dress malfunction didn't show anything, thank the Lord. The nip slip was very, very hard for me to deal with."

The chart-topper, however, was quick to adjust her top, but not fast enough before fans talk to Twitter about what they saw.

"Nicki Minaj needs to get her nipple under control on #WWHL," one Twitter user wrote. Another claimed, "Trying to be classy, and you had a nip slip @NICKIMINAJ @Andy #wwhl @Bravotv @BravoWWHL."

It seems like Nicki has enough nip slips and wardrobe malfunctions to last her a lifetime. Her most recent booboo happened just before she started performing for the VMAs, and her dress just won’t zip up! The rapper said she was too devastated and thought about not coming out at all.

"I was very panicked. I contemplated not going out at all but I would let Jessie and Ari down, and I didn't want to do that to them and ruin their moment. I just felt like I wanted to crawl under a freaking rock. When you're in a situation like that you think everyone can see the panic on your face people said I was smiling."

There you have it on Nicki Minaj’s latest nip slip incident at the “Watch What Happens Live.”
